return policy
The 7-day return policy gives customers 7 days to consider or request a return after receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. At the same time, customers are also required to provide relevant receipts or proof of purchase to assist in processing the application. Exclusions/ Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of merchandise are not eligible for return services, such as customized products (special orders or personalized products), consumable products (testing reagents), special-priced products, etc. If customers have any questions or concerns regarding a specific product, please contact pluslifedeltamed@gmail.com.
Exchange/ Damaged Product
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact pluslifedeltamed@gmail.com immediately so that we can assess the situation and follow up.
Refund
Once we receive a customer's return or refund application, a dedicated person will contact us to inform us of the relevant application arrangements. If the return or refund request is approved, the customer will automatically receive a refund via the original payment method within 14 business days. Different banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process your application, so please be patient.

EU Cooling-off Period
If the goods are shipped to EU countries, customers will have the right to cancel the order or apply for a return for any reason within 14 days.
