After successful payment and order confirmation, a specialist will process your order as soon as possible and the purchased goods will generally be shipped within three working days.

All products will be delivered by SF Express. Please clearly state the delivery address, recipient name, contact number and other information when confirming the order.

If you find any problems with the product after receiving it, please contact us within seven days from the date of receipt to arrange for exchange. If you exceed the stated period, we will not accept the relevant exchange application.
